David McCarthy

David has extensive experience of driving growth in entrepreneurial technology-based managed services businesses. His previous roles include Director and General Manager of The Neo Group, an Australian private equity backed technology and manufacturing company, where he established and managed European operations.
He was also MD and Sales Director of early stage venture capital backed managed technology services company, I Way Ltd, where he built the business through organic growth, before leading the company to £31m through acquisition and integration.

Marguerite Tierney

Marguerite joined Netwatch in January 2011 as Communications Specialist for the UK & Irish Market. She holds a degree in Business from WIT, a Masters in Marketing from NUI Galway and a HDip in PR & Event Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute. Prior to joining Netwatch, Marguerite worked as PR and Marketing Manager for Macra na Feirme, managing extensive public relations campaigns across Ireland for Macra’s 9,000 strong membership. Previously, Marguerite gained a wealth of experience in her many years as a Marketing Executive with Cork based communications agency, Hopkins Communications.

Anne McDermott

Anne will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the Communications Hub and she will oversee staff to ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Prior to her move to Netwatch, Anne worked with Lexmark International for eight years in a variety of roles, including as International Program Manager and as Executive Director & Customer Support Manager in Lexmark’s International Services and Support Centre in Dublin.

Anne holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School, an MSc in Human Resource Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University and a number of other qualifications in Training & Development, Executive Coaching and Management.
