Netwatch are seeking progressive installation partners to promote the award winning Netwatch System. We are looking for like-minded companies that share a common passion for business excellence, where customer service and growth strategies are central to all operations, Netwatch can offer an unbeatable range of support to our partners.
Benefits1. Marketing/Lead GenerationNetwatch carry out extensive end user marketing via industry specific mailings, targeted telesales, Customer open days, Customer referral programmes etc. We will conduct marketing targeted to specified areas such as mail shots or events such as meetings. Our marketing is designed to attract new prospects through the experiences of our existing customers. We will pass these prospects on to the Partner installer for assessment and follow up. We have an active marketing programme on a regional basis, and each programme can be tailor made to suit the individual installer requirements. 2. Sales SupportNetwatch offer a comprehensive sales support programme to our partners. We will conduct joint calls if required on site, offering as little or as much sales assistance as required. We can provide professional sales quotation packs, with our quotation promise of 24 hour turnaround a guarantee. These packs can be customised to reflect the Partners business branding. We can offer a CAD proposal, showing the Monitored system layout, including detection areas. 3. Technical SupportWe will offer assistance in the initial site visit and system design, either through the provision of your local Netwatch sales representative, or through the provision of a Netwatch technical representative if required. Netwatch offer 24/7/365 technical support to our installation partners, realising that our partners business is not a 9 to 5 operation. Assistance with programming and other issues that may arise is available through our Network Hub, with skilled technicians always on call to assist with out of hour’s issues. We will commission the installation onsite with the Partners installation team if desired. This commissioning will include IT support involve with Networking, Broadband or any other technical issues, including transmitter programming. This enables us to achieve a higher level of site knowledge and gives the client an assurance that the monitoring and installation companies are working in partnership together. 4. On-going monitoringNetwatch will monitor all elements of the hardware on an on-going basis. Any equipment fault will be sent to the Installer Partner, thus allowing the installer to offer a real time solution as part of his maintenance agreement with the customer. We can schedule remote “walk” and audio tests with the customer and/or installer, again providing for an improved level of customer interaction and service. We can provide remote video downloads if necessary and we can also remotely upgrade transmission equipment software revisions if necessary. 5. CRM ReportingNetwatch offer a unique level of customer service to clients. Netwatch customers receive full incident reports by 8am should an incident occur. Customers receive monthly reports followed up with a phone call from a Netwatch staff member, to ensure their satisfaction with Netwatch continues. This report will also be sent to the installer on a monthly basis. All technical reports will be automatically sent from our Netwatch Hub straight to the Installer and/or Customer. IP TechnologyNetwatch have always been at the leading edge of visual security, utilising the latest proven technology to allow us offer an outstanding product to our customers. Netwatch have partnered with the world’s largest developer of IP monitoring technology, with our highly trained intervention specialists in our Network Hub having the ability to minor hundreds of different IP camera ranges. More importantly we have the technical skills and backup to assist our partners to design and implement large or small scale wired or wireless IP Monitoring systems. |
