The Netwatch Managed services option provides you with a cost effective, accountable, alarm monitoring security solution for any of your premises, utilising the latest technology proven across thousands of Netwatch customer sites and installed on a Managed Service basis. With the Netwatch Managed Services option there is no upfront capital outlay on your behalf, Instead, there is an agreed fixed daily fee that incorporates the following;

• Netwatch remote cctv monitoring equipment installed as per customer agreement
• Netwatch monitoring service outside normal business hours
• A life time warranty on all Netwatch equipment
• A life time service on all Netwatch equipment
• Free software updates as they become available

Technology

The Netwatch Communications Hub, built to the highest international standards, features multiple remote video response workstations. All workstations are blank until there is a breach of security at a customers site. Within seconds the workstation screen becomes active and the operators can view live footage from the site. Intervention specialists in the Communications Hub follow a strict pre-agreed protocol including issuing personalised audio warnings and notifying the Police where appropriate.
